I don't just see how people are doing for that week; that's not how it works either. He's overall pretty active, and he has a good personality. This is what I wrote, and this is why I wrote it. I can and I do take into consideration whether or not they have been FOTW before because there are many candidates each week, and one person not ever getting chosen just because they weren't, while another gets it three times isn't fair. This doesn't mean I only choose from people who haven't been it yet.

That's idiotic. People could suck up for one week, and that's no reason to give them an award. Enough arguing..I chose what I did and it will not change.

Also, the award, to what I've seen, isn't for how an admin likes the user. It's if the obey the rules, make good posts, and are active.

The award is the Admin's opinion, though. Perhaps someone doesn't like a user, but the admin thinks they're really nice and active. It's not based on nominations. I'm just saying I chose him for his personality and how kind he is around the forums, and overall he is pretty active. There have been users before with the same reasons as the previous, and nobody has commented on it. So, please just let it go. I chose, I gave reasons, I have justified them, and it will not change no matter what anyone says. This wasn't aimed directly at you, Ryan.

Well, I guess that makes sense. It was just kinda frustrating that he could be inactive the whole week and then be gaven the FOTW.

It's only because I don't base my judgement on one week.
