I don't recall more than one thing she said to him, which was something like "Pfft, loser." Which I feel was in a way joking around. She said it after Scotland pretty much insulted the forums, so..-shrugs- I do think she deserves it. Congrats

Just stop flaming!!! It's the admin's choice of who they want to be FOTW. If the admins choose someone that you don't think deserves it, just keep your opinions to yourself. Some people do think that she deserves it, including me. You may not, but you don't have to tell everybody. It just starts flaming. So just say "Congrats!" even though you don't think she deserves it. It doesn't matter! Just make her(and everyone else that wins FOTW)feel good.
