    I was having another go at the rain tutorial for paint.net and here is what I ended up with.

    The bg is a bit too simple.

    Bg is too simple, render is too pixelated on the edge, keep working at layer modes for the render and work on the background, maybe a c4d...?

    The first one needs somem text and effects and the render or whatever you used is choppy, the second one has a choppy render and a bad background. Sorry, just tellin it like it is.

    i like the first one, just don't squish the render too much.

    and OMG WHAT DID YOU DO TO JIN KAZAMA? its good and all, besides for the tiny and pixeled jin.!!!!!! fix him up and it'll be better.
