    I don't like that line going around him in v1 and the colours don't work from the background.

    But v2 looks much better.

    V1 is best- but I don't like the texture, the line around him doesn't work...And the thing in the top left doesn't work.

    The pentool's colors does not work with the whole image. Also, there are cracks on his body from the texture. Next time, try double checking, erase the image, and DO NOT flatten the image no matter what. I can't say much since I'm looking at the signature by memory because I'm typing from the second page.

    The craquelure (pentool) doesn't work. I don't think the new ones are any better.

    I think seeing as you thought the pentool wasn't good, and in the newer ones there is no pentool, they have to be better in your mind.
