Hello,
Because my rank is the forum technician that I feel obligated to make these tips on creating a strong password. As a general rule of thumb, passwords should be 7 or 14 character long. Of course, the 14 character one is preferable.
Thank you,

Because my rank is the forum technician that I feel obligated to make these tips on creating a strong password. As a general rule of thumb, passwords should be 7 or 14 character long. Of course, the 14 character one is preferable.
- All passwords should have a number, mixed case, and one symbol. For example, readTEHru13$ is a strong password.
- All passwords should be at least 7 characters long because of how encryption works. The strongest passwords are multiples of 7.
- Use "slang" or non-English words as your password. This makes it harder for someone to brute-force the password.
- Never use a personal identifier as your password. If you lived on 3668 Creekside Court, don't make the password 3668Creekside.
- Use a different password for different things; 1 poorly written script could end up resulting you loosing all of your accounts.
Thank you,
PC
